Low Birth Weight (LBW) Analysis in the South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia

Low Birth Weight (LBW) is one of the public health problems. It becomes single risk factor for early neonatal mortality and morbidity. The high number LBW cases affects baby’s in future, including infants’ slow growth, impaired cognitive development, susceptibility to diseases, such as disorders respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, kidney systems. also causes increased morbidity mortality. Health Office South Konawe Regency from 2017 2020 data was used this research. main cause death year by year. 2020, with highest occuring coastal areas Regency, called Tumbu-Tumbu Jaya sub-district.
